Refund policy

REFUND

All Kello Collective purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The order was cancelled within the eligible time as written below in the order cancellation policy. 
  • The item arrived broken/severely damaged so that you are unable to use it, AND you elect to receive a full refund in place of ONE replacement item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled BEFORE the order has been processed/shipping label created and shipped out. 

RETURNS

Kello Collective does not accept returns.

If your product arrives broken/severely damaged so that you are unable to use it, please contact customer support at thekellocollective@gmail.com for a refund, or ONE replacement. A picture of the damaged item will be required in order to issue a replacement or refund. Each item from your original order will only be replaced ONE time if you select this option.

If your second replacement item also arrives broken/severely damaged so that you are unable to use it, you will then receive a full refund, not a second replacement item.
