Our current processing time is 2-3 business days. Delivery times will vary based on shipping method chosen at checkout. 

Kello Collective ships ONLY to the 50 United States. We do not ship internationally. Orders will ship via UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

LOST/DAMAGED/STOLEN PACKAGES

Kello Collective is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged packages that were affected in transit and handled by a mail carrier. 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We understand mistakes happen, so if you need to update or change the address on your order, you may do so BEFORE your order has been confirmed and shipped out.

This can be done by contacting Kello Collective customer support at thekellocollective@gmail.com to correct the shipping address.
